Refund & Rescheduling Policy
Please read this policy carefully before booking your ₹99 live webinar on the fundamentals of film-making with ZICA ZIMA Hegde Nagar.

1. Registration Fee & Confirmation
The ₹99 fee is a non-refundable registration charge that confirms your seat for the live 2-hour webinar on the fundamentals of film-making. Your seat is confirmed instantly upon successful payment through our secure Razorpay checkout. You will receive confirmation on your registered WhatsApp number and email.
2. Non-Refundable Fee
Because the ₹99 fee reserves a live seat and covers the cost of delivering the session, it is non-refundable under normal circumstances. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or failure to attend the webinar.
3. Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend your scheduled webinar, you may reschedule to the next available session at no extra cost. Simply reach out to our counsellor at 8867796123 using your registered WhatsApp number, and our team will help you move to the next 2nd or 4th Sunday 10:00 AM session.
4. Cancellation by ZICA ZIMA Hegde Nagar
In the rare event that ZICA ZIMA Hegde Nagar cancels a scheduled webinar, you will be offered a choice between a full refund of your ₹99 fee or a seat in the next available webinar session. We will notify you via your registered WhatsApp number and email.
5. Technical Issues
If you are unable to join the webinar due to a verified technical failure on our side, you will be offered a rescheduled seat or a full refund. Technical issues on the attendee's end (internet, device, or platform access) are not eligible for a refund but qualify for rescheduling.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. The exact time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
7. How to Request a Refund or Reschedule
